The season for luscious Cavaillon melons is about to begin (mid-June) so if you find yourself in Cavaillon, check out Restaurant Prévot. In addition to melons (in the summer), they serve delicious Provençal dishes with an emphasis on local vegetables and fruits, as well as seafood from the Marseille area. The prices are reasonable, with three-course lunch menus starting at 25 EUR.
