I’ve been to Helsinki several times and each time is special. Helsinki has a certain peacefulness about it that one seldom finds in other cities. I love to walking along the water, especially at Brunnsparken, one of the city’s many parks. What I cannot forget about Helsinki is the the light and the way it falls on the water, the trees and the 19th century buildings. My most memorable time is in September when the air is crisp and one feels autumn slowly slipping into the city.
